Julija Danilina

Julija Danilina is the founder of Healthy Snacks, Griksi, an innovative company producing organic sprouted buckwheat snacks. Leveraging her Food Technology degree and her familys 220-hectare organic farm, she has developed award-winning products and expanded her brand into international markets, including the Baltics and Scandinavia.

Julija is passionate about sustainable agriculture and creating value-added products from locally grown produce. She co-manages the family farm, Z/S Liepkalns, and has even established the "Buckwheat Residence, " a visitor center to share her passion for organic farming and host culinary masterclasses.

Interesting fact: The President of Latvia has personally visited her farm and company exhibition stand, recognizing her contribution to local industry.
