Justin leads the Natural Environment & Sustainability team at Warrnambool City Council, focusing on the "Green Warrnambool" initiative. An alumnus of Deakin University, he manages key climate adaptation strategies, such as the citys Extreme Heat Vulnerability Project, and fosters collaboration between numerous community and government agencies on environmental programs.
Outside of his professional role, Justin has a long-standing passion for environmental education and responsible outdoor recreation. He has dedicated significant personal time to this cause, previously serving as the President of Fishcare Victoria, a volunteer-led organization that promotes sustainable fishing practices across the state.
