A registered Professional Engineer with a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, he has driven the companys diversification into wind, solar, and carbon capture technologies.
Outside of his primary role, Justin is deeply connected to his alma mater, serving on the University of Nebraska-Lincolns Chemical Engineering Department Advisory Board. He is a proud native Nebraskan and actively supports the universitys mission and engages with its engineering students and faculty.
In 2025, he was honored as the Alumni Master for the University of Nebraska College of Engineering for his significant contributions to the field.
