Kate Nicholls is a highly experienced board-level adviser and the Chair of UKHospitality, the leading voice for the UKs hospitality sector. A graduate of the University of Cambridge, she has over 25 years of experience devising public policy and communication campaigns, shaping significant policy decisions and driving growth.
Outside of work, Kate is a passionate advocate for inclusivity, serving as the governments first Disability Ambassador for the hospitality sector. She is also a trustee for charities like Hospitality Action and Springboard. In her personal time, she enjoys Korean cuisine, listening to K-Pop, and going to nightclubs.
For her services to the hospitality industry, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic, she was awarded an Order of the British Empire (OBE).
