Katharine Weston

Katharine Weston is the Chairperson and a founder of Mission EmployAble, a charity that provides training and facilitates employment for young adults with learning disabilities. Previously, she worked for over 20 years in the NHS as a consultant dermatologist with a special interest in melanoma.

She is deeply committed to community service, having lived in Buckinghamshire for over 24 years. Her passion for helping those with learning disabilities is a core driver of her work. Outside of her charity commitments, Katharines interests include flying, gardening, and life drawing.

Katharine successfully secured planning permission and raised £2. 2 million to build her charitys training café on protected land.
