Kelly Galligan is a Partner at Rutan & Tucker, LLP, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and corporate governance for middle-market companies. An alumna of the University of California, Irvine School of Law, she is a trusted advisor for founders navigating growth and high-stakes negotiations, structuring deals valued between $5M and $500M.
