Kelly Williams is a Director of Engineering at Eaton Aerospace, leading global engineering for electro-mechanical actuation. With a background in materials science from Michigan State University and a Green Belt in Six Sigma, she focuses on sustainable aviation, thermal management, and developing the future aerospace workforce.
Outside of her core engineering leadership, Kelly is passionate about advancing the aerospace industry through collaboration and mentorship.
