Kevin Rayment

Kevin Rayment is the Chief Operating Officer at Curtiss-Wright Corporation, leveraging over 30 years of experience across the aerospace, defense, and industrial sectors. He holds a BEng in Electrical & Electronics Engineering and an MBA. Colleagues praise his agility and consistent track record in executing strategic growth and integrating acquisitions.

Outside of his corporate role, Kevin engages in local philanthropy. He and his wife are publicly recognized supporters of the Make-A-Wish Foundation for Central and Western North Carolina, contributing to the organizations mission to grant wishes for children with critical illnesses.

While leading the companys Industrial division, his team earned a Supplier of the Year award for achieving a 100% on-time delivery record with zero defects.
