Kimberly Wiefling is a global consultant and founding member of Silicon Valley Alliances, specializing in transforming managers into leaders and fostering effective, cross-cultural teams. A physicist by education, she spent a decade at HP before launching her own consulting practice. People often describe her as energetic, insightful, and a "force of nature."

Kimberly is passionate about making a difference by helping organizations solve global problems profitably and sustainably. She grew up in the backwoods of Pennsylvania and served in the U.S. Air Force, where she learned to repair electronics before using the G.I. Bill to pay for college.

She is the author and executive editor of the "Scrappy Guides" book series, which aims to provide practical, real-world business advice, an idea born from her own experiences navigating the corporate world and Silicon Valley startups.
