Kiran Patil

Kiran Patil is the Deputy General Manager of the Digital Technology Group at Exim Bank. He leads the banks IT infrastructure and is responsible for data management, analytics, and business intelligence solutions. He manages a team and oversees the procurement and implementation of critical technology systems for the bank.

Kiran is a leader focused on self-improvement and effective communication. Recognizing that his naturally soft-spoken voice could be a challenge in a leadership role, he proactively worked with a speech and drama specialist to develop a more assertive and authoritative communication style, particularly for managing his team and negotiating with vendors.
