Krista Caldwell

Krista Caldwell is the VP of Operations at RANDALL, where she has built her entire career since 2005. Progressing from a purchasing agent to an executive, she now oversees all daily operations. She holds a degree in Business from the University of Central Florida and has been integral to some of Central Floridas largest construction projects.

As a lifelong resident of Central Florida, Krista has deep roots in the community. Her career has been centered around contributing to the growth and development of the region where she grew up.

Unique fact: Krista has spent her entire professional career of nearly two decades at RANDALL, rising through the ranks to her current executive leadership role.
