Kristen Heisey is the President and CEO of Everence Federal Credit Union, a mission-driven leader with over 25 years of experience in financial and nonprofit marketing. Her expertise spans branding, client experience, and product innovation. She holds an MS from Johns Hopkins University and a Certified Financial Marketing Professional (CFMP) designation.
Outside of her executive role, Kristen is deeply committed to her community, serving on the board for Crispus Attucks York. She is passionate about mentorship, actively participating in programs for university students, and has a personal interest in advancing financial literacy for young people.
