Kristina Drinkwater

Kristina is the Director of Membership at IPSE, the UKs association for the self-employed, where she has built a career since 2015. She is dedicated to ensuring IPSEs offerings meet the needs of the freelance community, focusing on member feedback to enhance benefits and foster a collective voice. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Sussex.

Kristina has a professional background in the fashion industry, having worked as a buyer for major retailers like TOPSHOP and F&F Clothing. Her interests extend to social responsibility and environmental causes, demonstrated by her engagement with organizations such as Oxfam and Greenpeace.

She made a significant career transition from fashion buying to becoming a key leader at the primary association representing the UKs self-employed workforce.
