Kurt McFarland is a fractional CFO and advisor who partners with climate and nature-focused companies through his firm, Regen Impact. With over 15 years in finance, including investment banking and private equity, he provides strategic financial leadership to ventures in regenerative agriculture and biodiversity. He holds a CFA charter and an MBA from IE Business School.
Outside of his professional focus on planetary health, Kurt is an avid runner and enjoys listening to a wide range of podcasts, from The Economist to The Tim Ferriss Show.
