He successfully founded, scaled, and sold the IT services firm Trivalent Group to Rehmann. A graduate of Alma College, colleagues describe him as a strategic thinker and thoughtful leader.
Outside of work, Larry is a dedicated civic leader with extensive community involvement. He has served as Chair for the Better Business Bureau of Western Michigan and on advisory boards for organizations including the Autism Support of Kent County and the Make-A-Wish of Michigan Foundation.
In recognition of his contributions, his alma mater, Alma College, named its new state-of-the-art athletic facility the "Andrus Family Field House" in 2025.
