Larry Mussenden is the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Bermuda, with a distinguished career in both public service and private practice. He previously served as Attorney General, Minister of Justice, and Director of Public Prosecutions. He earned his law degree from the University of Kent and also has a background in information technology.
Outside the courtroom, he has a deep passion for football, having served as President of the Bermuda Football Association and Chairman of the FIFA Appeals Committee. A retired Major in the Royal Bermuda Regiment, his personal interests include running, gardening, and keeping fit.
In his spare time, he has been learning Swahili for the past two years via Zoom with a tutor based in Nairobi.
