Laura Eiklor

Laura Eiklor is the Plastics Plant and Resin Finishing Plant Manager for ExxonMobil in Baton Rouge, a role she assumed in June 2023. A chemical engineering graduate from Penn State, she has held various leadership roles within the company. In 2024, she was recognized as a "Louisiana Industry Emerging Leader. "

Outside of work, Laura is a passionate advocate for women in STEM, mentoring and encouraging young women to pursue careers in the field. A resident of Baton Rouge with her husband and two children, she enjoys listening to live music and visiting local parks with her family.

Interesting fact: Laura initially enrolled at Penn State University as a music major before switching to chemical engineering.
