Lewis Proudfoot is the Managing Director of Cliveden Conservation, an award-winning firm specializing in the repair of historic buildings, statuary, and monuments. A former stonemason with training from the Princes Foundation, he combines deep craft expertise with business acumen gained from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, to lead major conservation projects.
He is passionate about preserving traditional skills and advocates for robust, long-term training and apprenticeship programs to address the craft skills shortage in the UK heritage industry. Lewis actively celebrates his teams achievements and uses his platform to support causes like pancreatic cancer awareness and community volunteer projects.
Following in his late fathers footsteps, Lewis now leads the company his father founded in 1982.
