Liedy Vaarnold is an experienced organizational coach and consultant specializing in the human side of business transformations. She founded Change Affairs to guide organizations through change at the intersection of HR and communication. She holds a Master of Science from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and is a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner.
Outside of her consulting work, Liedy is a dedicated volunteer coach for Stichting Anne-Bo, where she provides long-term mentorship to young women starting their careers. She is passionate about helping her mentees navigate their studies and build confidence. Liedy also enjoys visiting museums in her free time.
