Lily is the Director of Global Brand Marketing at Mattel, where she has built her career for over 14 years. She oversees new doll brand introductions, combining marketing savvy with intuition. Passionate about creating a more inclusive world, she was a key part of the team that launched Mattels first gender-neutral doll line.
