Lisa Storey

Lisa Storey serves as the Chief Legal Officer at EverCommerce, overseeing all legal, risk management, and compliance matters. Her expertise includes M&A, corporate governance, and securities law, honed through previous roles at Air Methods and Davis Graham & Stubbs. She earned her J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School.

Outside of her professional life, Lisa is a board member for Horizons Colorado, an organization providing academic and enrichment opportunities to students. She is passionate about working in a team of highly motivated people to help problem-solve and manage risk while scaling a business quickly.

Before entering the legal field, Lisa worked as an Assistant Account Executive at public relations firm Hill+Knowlton Strategies.
