Louise Stone is the Director of Recruitment and Neuroinclusion at auticon US, a technology company where she champions neurodiversity. An autistic self-advocate and graduate of Occidental College, she designs and leads the companys innovative, autism-friendly recruitment process, dedicated to making workplaces more inclusive and ending underemployment for autistic professionals.
Outside of her primary role, Louise is a passionate advocate who speaks and writes about her personal and professional experiences with autism. She co-created and serves as Vice President of the Autistic Womens Alliance, an organization focused on supporting autistic individuals of marginalized genders. She lives in Los Angeles with her fiancé and two dogs.
She was a key leader in developing auticons custom, in-house Applicant Tracking System, designed specifically for a neuroinclusive hiring process.
