Luisa Torri is the Prorector and a Full Professor of Food Science and Technology at the University of Gastronomic Sciences of Pollenzo. With a Ph. D. from the University of Milan, her expertise lies in sensory and consumer science, where she directs the universitys Sensory Analysis Lab and researches consumer attitudes towards food.
