Mack Shelley

Mack Shelley is a University Professor at Iowa State University with joint appointments in the Departments of Statistics, Political Science, and the School of Education. He earned his Ph. D. in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and has held numerous leadership roles at the university, including department chair.

He serves as the Chair for the International Society for Technology, Education, and Science (ISTES), an organization dedicated to advancing research across these fields. His work focuses on applying statistical methods to public policy, program evaluation, and American politics. He is a prolific author of books, articles, and book chapters.
