Madhumeeta Padhi

Madhumeeta is a veteran General Manager at Steel Authority of India Limited, with a remarkable 35-year tenure. Her extensive career spans 30 years in Human Resources and 5 years in Materials Management and procurement. People who have worked with her describe her as sincere, dedicated, and knowledgeable. She holds an MBA from Xavier Institute of Management.

Outside of her extensive corporate career, Madhumeeta shows a strong appreciation for family, celebrating the professional achievements of the next generation. She has an interest in traditional wellness practices and also expresses the importance of mentorship, advising others to support their peers when opportunities arise.
