Maia Eliscovich is the Chief Commercial Officer of Ualá Bis, the merchant acquiring business she launched for the fintech Ualá. A Yale economics graduate and McKinsey alumna, she was a foundational employee at Ualá, leading major fundraising rounds before building its SMB-focused payments division across Latin America.
Outside of her core role, Maia is a proponent of transparent, data-driven leadership. Having grown up in Ecuador and Argentina, she pursued diverse interests at Yale, studying anthropology and art history. She is also a vocal supporter of female leadership in the corporate world.
