Outside of work, Marcel is a self-described world traveler who lives in Valencia with his family. He has a keen interest in the entrepreneurial journey, having founded a mindfulness journal app for founders called Mindwave. He is also passionate about design thinking, innovation, and exploring the world.
His travel startup, srprs. me, which sends people to surprise destinations, was once the second fastest-growing startup in The Netherlands.
