Marcina Pride

Marcina Pride is the founder of The Natural Experience, a large-scale event celebrating the natural hair movement. For over a decade, she has created a platform for dialogue on topics crucial to communities of color, such as healthy living and homeownership.

Inspired by the Ebony Fashion Fair from her youth, Marcina is passionate about community empowerment. She believes in creating spaces for people to share information and opportunities, a concept that grew from her initial small meet-ups into a major annual event.

Marcinas idea began as a series of small gatherings she called "In the Kitchen" before evolving into The Natural Experience.
