Marcus Rowden

Marcus is an accomplished IT professional with 18 years of experience in telecommunications and data center design. As Manager of Transport Network Control at CenterPoint Energy, he leverages his expertise in network engineering and project management. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Prairie View A&M University and a Cisco CCNA certification.

Outside of work, Marcus is a proud alumnus of Prairie View A&M University and an active member of the Kappa Kappa Psi band fraternity. His strong connection to his fraternity was highlighted when his fraternity brothers performed at his wedding, serenading his wife.

Unique fact: At his wedding, Marcuss college fraternity brothers performed a traditional hymn and step dance.
