Maria Paula Ungaro

Maria Paula is a People specialist at Tomorrowland Brasil, focusing on culture, employee experience, and HR projects. With a background as a clinical psychologist and currently pursuing a specialization in Psychology in Emergencies and Disasters, she is passionate about empowering people. Colleagues describe her as human, creative, and exceptionally competent.

Her personal philosophy is that human connection can transform the world, a belief that guides her professional and personal life. Outside of her work in the entertainment industry, she is a mother to her son, Dylan, and previously worked as a Clinical Psychologist with a focus on Behavioral Analysis.

She is currently pursuing a post-graduate degree in Psychology in Emergencies and Disasters, applying crisis management principles to large-scale events.
