Mark Constantine OBE is the co-founder, CEO, and product inventor at LUSH Cosmetics. After a previous business failure, he founded LUSH in 1995 with his wife and five friends, building it into a global brand known for its ethical principles and innovative products. He attended Weymouth Grammar School.

Mark is a passionate ornithologist with a deep interest in bird sounds, having co-founded "The Sound Approach" and published books on the subject. After his first mail-order business went bankrupt, he started LUSH by using unused drainpipes and litter boxes as molds for fresh, handmade cosmetics.
