Mark Kryah, BS ChE, PMP

Mark Kryah is a global drug development leader with over 20 years of experience, currently serving as an Executive Director at Ultragenyx, where he leads a late-stage gene therapy program. His career includes extensive leadership at Eli Lilly, managing large R&D budgets and shaping program strategies across rare disease, immunology, and cardiovascular areas. He holds a PMP certification and a Bachelor of Engineering from Case Western Reserve University.

Mark is deeply involved in his professional community, particularly with the Drug Information Association (DIA), where he has been a presenter, session chair, and community leader for over 20 years. In a DIA interview, he named Martin Luther King, Jr. as someone hed invite to a dinner party to hear about his journey, passion, and persistence.

He has a passion for advancing therapies for rare conditions, demonstrated by his work and his efforts to raise awareness for diseases like Sanfilippo Syndrome.
