Mark Loukko
Energizer · DISC type IMark Loukko is a senior Oracle developer and consultant with over 25 years of experience, specializing in architecting and implementing hospital information systems. At Vancouver Coastal Health, he has led the development of custom clinical data solutions to enhance patient care and operational efficiency across multiple hospitals.
Outside of his professional work, Mark has a keen interest in astrophysics and volunteerism. He contributed his software development skills to the SETI@home project at UC Berkeley, creating applications to help analyze data from the Arecibo radio telescope in the search for extraterrestrial intelligence.
He developed two applications, SETIWatch and SETILog, to enable detailed analysis of data for the SETI@home project.
