Mark Mitchell

Mark Mitchell leads Dominion Energys Project Construction group, overseeing significant growth projects in offshore wind, solar, and energy storage. A registered professional engineer with executive education from MIT and UVAs Darden School, he is recognized for executing some of the most complex energy generation projects in the country, including the landmark Coastal Virginia Offshore Wind farm.

An Ashland, Virginia native, Mark enjoys spending his personal time with family, dogs, and horses in the mountains of Virginia. As a child, he was always taking things apart to figure out how they worked, a curiosity that naturally led to his engineering career. He also enjoyed playing football and other sports in his youth.

Industry leaders have called his team "best-in-class" and consider him uniquely capable of executing highly complex, large-scale energy projects.
