Mark Phillips

Mark Phillips is the CEO and General Manager of DEMCO, where he has built his entire career since 2001. Starting as a lineman, he progressed through numerous operational and engineering leadership roles before his appointment as CEO. His leadership style is rooted in operational excellence, teamwork, and innovation.

Outside of work, Mark is a family man who lives in Central, Louisiana, with his wife and their two sons. He is actively involved in his community as a youth sports coach and enjoys spending his free time golfing, relaxing by the pool, and being with his family.

Unique fact: Mark worked his way up from a lineman to the CEO within the same organization over a 25-year period.
