Mary Colette Stanley

As the Director of Human Resources at Swingle Collins & Associates, Mary Colette Stanley leads all HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations. She has a comprehensive background in the field, including a previous tenure as an HR Business Partner, and holds a Bachelors Degree in Communication from Denison University.

Originally from Chicago, Mary Colette now resides in Dallas, Texas. Outside of her professional life, she and her husband enjoy spending time with their two children.

Her early career included a unique role as an Office Manager and Chiropractic Assistant before she moved into the finance and HR sectors.
