Matt White

Matt White is the Co-Founder and CTO of Propolis, a YC-backed startup that uses AI agents to automate software quality assurance. A Cornell University graduate, he brings deep infrastructure knowledge from his prior software engineering roles at Airtable, Vise, and ClassPass. He is currently focused on scaling his company in New York City.

He has a strong interest in building solutions that break from traditional models, driven by firsthand experience with the inefficiencies of manual QA processes in fast-paced development environments. He and his co-founder bonded over a mutual desire to help engineers ship products faster and with more confidence.

Interesting fact: Matt and his co-founder are recreational beekeepers, which inspired their companys name, Propolis — the protective substance bees use to protect their hives.
