Matthew Hall

Matthew Hall is the Chief Executive of George Best Belfast City Airport, leveraging extensive commercial experience from prior leadership roles at London City Airport and David Lloyd Leisure. He focuses on rebuilding the airports route network, enhancing passenger experience, and driving regional economic growth. He previously held executive roles at American Airlines and Travelport.

Outside of aviation, Matthew has entrepreneurial interests as the co-owner of Punchbowl Enterprises Ltd, a hospitality-related business. His career began in the leisure industry, reflecting a long-standing focus on customer-centric businesses. He is focused on supporting the Northern Ireland economy through enhanced airport connectivity.

He has over 30 years of experience in the travel industry, bringing a unique customer and commercial perspective from the leisure sector to airport management.
