Through her Cactus Creek Foundation, Mavis is passionate about youth empowerment and preparing young graduates for the job market. She actively supports women in her field, recently hosting a workshop on responsible AI for women professionals in the communications sector to enhance workplace skills.
She was personally appointed to her role as Board Chair by the President of the Republic of Ghana.
