Megan Hill serves as the Senior Director of the Harvard Project on Indigenous Governance and Development and directs its flagship program, Honoring Nations. Her work is dedicated to strengthening Indigenous sovereignty by identifying, celebrating, and sharing outstanding examples of tribal governance. She earned her AM from the University of Chicago.
Megan is a citizen of the Oneida Nation of Wisconsin and was born into a family of Native nation builders. This personal connection fuels her professional commitment to supporting Indigenous self-determination and fostering the conditions for social and economic development within Native nations.
She serves on the boards of the Native Governance Center and the Dr. Rosa Minoka Hill Fund.
