Meghan Kelly

Meghan Kelly is a manager in the DoD/VA Collaboration Office at the U. S. Department of Defense. Her career is dedicated to public service, with extensive experience in legislative affairs and ensuring military members and overseas citizens can vote through her previous work with the Federal Voting Assistance Program. She holds a Masters degree from Purdue University.

Deeply committed to her role, Meghan considers civil service a family tradition and is passionate about supporting military families. She actively engages with the community, such as hosting events for military spouses to provide them with important information and resources about voting while stationed away from home.
