Melissa Schlee

Melissa Schlee is the co-owner of the Orangetheory Fitness franchise in Leesburg, VA. Leveraging a background in project management and a Bachelor of Science from St. Bonaventure University, she successfully transitioned into the fitness industry, where her studio has been recognized as a local business award finalist.

Her professional path was driven by a personal passion for the Orangetheory workout. After experiencing the benefits as a member, she and her husband were inspired to open their own studio to share that positive impact with their community. She is an active member of the Loudoun Chamber.
