Outside of his technical role, Michael is a reflective leader motivated by his past experiences. He is passionate about using technology for mission-driven work, particularly in the nonprofit sector, to support and empower communities. He recently attended the Microsoft Elevate Global Nonprofit Leaders Summit to further this interest.
His motivation to become a good leader came from his early career experience of working for leaders who were not very good.
