Michael is the Executive Chef and owner of the LA-based gourmet food truck, Fat Boys, and the founder of Enchanted Nibbles Catering. A Le Cordon Bleu certified graduate from the California Culinary Academy, he is skilled in creating innovative takes on Southern comfort food, drawing praise for being professional and creative.
Inspired by cooking with his grandmother as a child, Michael is passionate about using food to connect with people. He is deeply involved in community service, dedicating time to help those recovering from addiction and supporting the homeless through board membership at a non-profit.
With nearly a decade of sobriety, he actively works with rehabilitation centers to help others by speaking about his own journey.
