Michael Harper

Michael Harper is the Vice President of Supply Chain Planning at Rocky Brands, Inc., where he has built his career through several promotions. He focuses on enhancing planning processes through technology, improving forecast accuracy, and optimizing inventory flow. He holds both a Bachelors degree and an M.B.A. from Ohio Christian University.

Michael is actively involved in his local community, participating in The Rocky Community Improvement Fund, which supports various programs in Athens County. He also contributes to the academic community by serving on the Hocking College Business Advisory Board, helping to shape future business leaders.

In 2025, he led Rocky Brands partnership with Board to integrate enterprise planning across finance, operations, and supply chain for enhanced agility.
