Michael Ritchie is the President and CEO of Arrow Machine and Fabrication Group (AMFG), an engineering-focused solution provider for global OEMs. He leads a team of over 900 people and is actively expanding the companys footprint through strategic acquisitions. He is a graduate of the Ivey Business School.
