Michelle N. Levister is the Founder and an Executive Leadership Coach at Perceive LLC, leveraging her background as a Deputy General Counsel and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC). Michelle is dedicated to creating social impact outside of her coaching practice. She serves on the board of Capital Area Asset Builders (CAAB), an organization committed to closing the racial wealth gap. She has also supported institutions like the Johns Hopkins Wilmer Eye Institute and the University of Pennsylvanias Kelly Writers House.

She transitioned from a Deputy General Counsel role at a publicly-traded technology company to a leadership coach focused on innovation for the common good.
