Mike Belitz

Mike is a seasoned entrepreneur who transitioned from a 20+ year career as CEO in the global music industry, leading iconic brands like Ultimate Support Systems and Radial Engineering, to real estate development. He now leads IQ Luxe Developments, specializing in luxury hospitality and commercial assets in high-growth, supply-constrained markets. He studied Political Science at Arizona State University.

Outside of his primary business ventures, Mike has deep roots in the music world, having been a professional keyboardist who was taught by his world-class player father. He has also been involved in his local community, contributing to educational foundations in areas where he has previously developed properties.

He once successfully ran two international music accessory companies simultaneously, splitting his time between their headquarters in Colorado and British Columbia.
