Mike Gagnon

Mike is a global sales and marketing leader focused on delivering profitable growth with technical and consultative solutions. A graduate of Worcester Polytechnic Institute with a Green Belt in Lean / Six Sigma, he excels at transforming underperforming teams. Colleagues describe him as professional, responsive, and having outstanding customer focus.

Outside of his professional life, Mike was involved in the Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity during college, as well as the National Engineering and Mechanical Engineering Honor Societies. He has maintained an interest in high-purity process components and thermal management solutions for computing environments throughout his career.

He holds a patent for a sidecar in-row cooling apparatus and method for equipment within an enclosure, which includes a fail-safe baffle and a thermo-mechanical switch.
