Minter Dial is an award-winning author, keynote speaker, and consultant on leadership, branding, and transformation. An alumnus of Yale and INSEAD, he is frequently described as engaging, dynamic, and insightful. He previously spent 16 years as a top executive at LOréal and now advises blue-chip companies on strategy.
Outside of his professional speaking career, Minter is deeply passionate about the sport of padel, having co-founded two companies, PANGO SPORTS and Joy of Padel, to build a global community. He is also an avid fan of the Grateful Dead, a filmmaker, and has an interest in WWII history.
He produced and wrote the award-winning PBS documentary "The Last Ring Home, " which traces his grandfathers WWII story and a lost Annapolis ring.
